Customer Service Coordinator (gn)

Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group is one of the leading providers of company bike leasing. Through Probonio, we also offer modern employee benefits and use our brands to help shape the future of work. As a Customer Service Coordinator (gn), you’ll join our five-person Bike Contracts team. You’ll handle queries about individual bike leasing agreements and contract transfers, clarify contractual details, and work closely with employees, employers, bike retailers, leasing partners, and other customer service teams. With your empathetic, clear communication, you’ll make it that little bit easier for people to get their dream bike. Sound like a role for you?   • You handle enquiries relating to individual leasing contracts
  • You manage requests received through the team inbox
  • You speak with customers on the support hotline every day
  • You process contract transfers
  • You communicate with employees, employers and leasing banks, and coordinate with teams across Customer Service

Your profile

  • You have some initial professional experience in customer support, contract administration or back-office operations, or relevant training
  • You are confident using MS Office and digital tools
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and are equally comfortable taking ownership and working independently
  • You communicate clearly and handle challenging or dissatisfied customers with confidence
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship and experience with CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk are a plus
  • You are proficient in German at C1 level or above
