As a Retail Area Manager (gn), you will play a central role in developing our regional market in Central Germany. You will grow our retail partner network, build relationships with employers and make Bikeleasing visible through local events and sales promotion activities. • You manage our retail partners in your region and strategically develop existing partnerships
• You improve partner performance and customer experiences through tailored solutions and regular exchange
• You build relationships with employers and regional networks and position Bikeleasing, Probonio and Bike2Future as a multi-benefit platform
• You design, plan and coordinate events and sales promotion activities, delivering them independently
• You analyze market potential, document your activities consistently in the CRM and bring valuable market feedback into the company
