- You take over qualified prospects from our SDRs or independently identify potential clients and guide them through to a successful close
- You manage the entire sales cycle – structured, data-driven, and with a clear focus on win rate and deal quality
- You analyse customer needs, develop tailored solutions from our multi-benefit portfolio, and position them convincingly at decision-maker level
- You confidently run product demos, proposal processes, and contract negotiations – using sales methodologies and maintaining clean CRM documentation
- You identify cross- and upselling potential during the acquisition process and ensure a smooth customer handover together with Marketing and Account Management
- You actively contribute your best practices to the ongoing development of our sales playbook
