- You take ownership of the operational development of HubSpot – from configuration and pipelines to properties and continuous improvements
- You develop and maintain the HubSpot data model, establish data quality routines, and ensure high consistency and completeness across the system
- You identify manual pain points and implement HubSpot workflows – e.g. routing, task queues, SLA handovers, and stage gates
- You build standard reports and dashboards in HubSpot so that teams can effectively manage pipeline and process quality
- You are the central point of contact for HubSpot questions, advise teams on optimal usage, and drive adoption through documentation and training
