As Sales Operations Manager focus CRM (gn), You will take on a central role within Sales Operations, ensuring our CRM landscape runs excellently, scales effectively, and creates real value for our teams. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Tech, bringing your expertise to bear and continuing to grow professionally.   • You take ownership of the operational development of HubSpot – from configuration and pipelines to properties and continuous improvements
  • You develop and maintain the HubSpot data model, establish data quality routines, and ensure high consistency and completeness across the system
  • You identify manual pain points and implement HubSpot workflows – e.g. routing, task queues, SLA handovers, and stage gates
  • You build standard reports and dashboards in HubSpot so that teams can effectively manage pipeline and process quality
  • You are the central point of contact for HubSpot questions, advise teams on optimal usage, and drive adoption through documentation and training

Your profile

  • You work with initiative and take end-to-end ownership of your areas – without waiting to be told what to do
  • You have a strong affinity for data: You dig deep into data and derive concrete recommendations for action
  • You think ahead and bring genuine interest in innovation, AI, and automation
  • You have experience as a CRM Manager, HubSpot Admin, or in a comparable role and are familiar with workflows, pipelines, and reporting
  • Knowledge of HubSpot administration and process automation is a plus
