As a Team Lead Software Development, you bring seniority, structure, and quality to our people‑leadership layer. You directly manage engineers, set standards for excellent people management, and work closely with our Head of on organizational, cultural, and architectural topics. This role is not positioned above, but alongside the existing team leads—as an experienced peer who leads through expertise, clarity, and role modeling. - You take on direct people management responsibility for 8–9 engineers across multiple product teams, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and career and compensation discussions.
- Together with the tech leadership team, you define tech OKRs and support our developers in achieving them.
- You place a strong focus on people development and improving the developer experience (DevEx).
- You actively participate in hiring by contributing to interview loops and continuously improving onboarding and growth experiences for new engineers.
- With approximately a 50% hands-on component, you stay close to the codebase, contribute to architecture reviews, and support the modernization of our systems.
