As an Inside Sales Manager (gn), you’ll ensure that new clients become active and successful users. You’ll guide employers and employees through the onboarding process, activate accounts, and ensure our solutions are used to their full potential. At the same time, you’ll support our sales team with structured assistance and process support, allowing your sales colleagues to focus on selling.

- You will be responsible for the structured onboarding of new employers, conducting digital orientations and webinars for HR managers and employees
- Through your professional, practical explanations of processes, platform features, and best practices, you will ensure that employers and employees can get up and running quickly
- After the contract is signed, you will be the primary point of contact for operational questions and will provide support for administrative and procedural matters
- You will be responsible for coordinating internal interfaces for more complex issues, working closely with New Business and Account Management
- You will assist with campaigns for existing customers and activation campaigns
- You will document all relevant information in the CRM with a high degree of accuracy
